AllIndia.rent is an open, map-first platform that displays actual rents paid by real tenants across India. You can explore rent pins in any city or locality, filter by BHK and budget, and drop your own pin anonymously to contribute to price transparency.
Is AllIndia.rent really 100% free with zero brokerage?
Yes, absolutely. We do not charge listing fees, broker commissions, or hidden subscription costs. Renters connect directly with property owners and flatmates via in-app chat, WhatsApp, or phone.
How do I post a rental requirement using Flat Hunt?
Click the Flat Hunt button in the top navigation or right sidebar, tap the map where you want to live, and specify your desired BHK and budget. When an owner lists a matching property within your target radius, you'll see it matched in your dashboard.
Are my personal contact details kept private?
Yes. When you drop a rent pin to share your rent, your identity remains completely anonymous. If you list a property for rent, tenants contact you securely via verified channels without exposing your email to public scrapers.
How are fake or broker spam listings prevented?
Every listing requires verified OTP authentication. Furthermore, AllIndia.rent features community moderation: any user can flag a suspicious listing with the "Report" button. Pins with 3 community reports are automatically hidden from the map for review.
How can I list a PG or find a Flatmate?
Use the mode switcher in the top bar to toggle between Rent (Flats & Houses), PG (Boys, Girls & Co-living Hostels), and Flatmate (Single rooms & shared flats). You can filter and post pins specific to each mode.
